We’re shaking up the online gaming world with a bold, crypto-first approach — and we’re looking for a Working Student in Business Development to help us grow our platform, expand into new markets, and support key initiatives across marketing, partnerships, and performance campaigns.
This role is ideal for students interested in start-ups, crypto, gaming, and digital business — who want to learn hands-on and make an impact while studying.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support our business development team with day-to-day operations
* Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns
* Help manage and grow our affiliate partnerships
* Research new revenue channels, trends, and opportunities in crypto and gaming
* Collect and analyse data to measure campaign performance and identify improvements
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams on cross-functional projects
What We’re Looking For
* You are currently enrolled as a student at a German university (Bachelor or Master)
* Interest in business development, marketing, or the crypto/gaming industry
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn
* Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
* Ability to work approx. 15–20 hours per week alongside your studies
Bonus Points If You
* Have some experience with affiliate marketing, digital ads, or performance marketing
* Already familiar with crypto, online gaming, or web3 ecosystems
* Have worked in a start-up environment before
