Your main tasks:
* Lead the global development of the Business Unit Nutrition’s homecare business
* Function as advisor to the Management, provide information and data to the homecare leadership team, work with the Management to set quarterly and yearly goals and objectives
* Identify and evaluate opportunities in homecare to drive geographic expansion and profitable growth
* Conduct market research and analysis on homecare to assess market evolution and identify complementary opportunities for products and services in homecare environment
* Observe relevant competition and effectively drive global competitiveness, in line with the market needs and market conditions, in close alignment with the Region management
* Work with Finance to facilitate consistent homecare sales reporting and business analysis, drive strategic data and analytics roadmap for the Business Unit Nutrition, including KPI setting for homecare business
* Work with Portfolio management on the search for new opportunities to enable increased access to needs-based products and services at home
* Define marketing materials and communication requirements based on market needs and manage the global provision in cooperation with Strategic marketing
* Support digital and IT teams in developing global digital tools specific to homecare
* Collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders and professional circles in homecare
* Ensure the homecare opportunity management reflecting full business portfolio by engaging collaboratively across the business units Nutrition, Pharma, Biopharma and Med-tech
* Identify potential market access barriers and work with Market access and Medical scientific affairs teams on ways to support local homecare business implementation and local business development, and geographic expansion, in close alignment with Region management
* Support Regions on the development and launch of new business opportunities in homecare, oversee, track and monitor submission of any registration and/or renewal application as needed, in collaboration with Regulatory affairs and Region management
Your profile:
* Completed degree in health administration or business administration or similar, or a clinical background with direct care experience
* Solid track record of at least 5 years in working in community health or homecare setting, or in a comparable role in the healthcare industry, where healthcare professional and direct to patient relations play a key role
* Strong drive for results, sense of urgency, and ability to deliver customer value underpinned by autonomous and effective decision-making abilities
* Creative thinker, with growth mindset, learning agility, and the ability to develop innovative strategies and plans
* Strong leadership and influencing skills across matrix organisations
* Capacity for complex research and data analyses
* Experience in local or regional/global rolls, both would be ideal
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* High intercultural sensitivity as the role deals with colleagues and external partners from around the world
* Fluent in the English language (written & spoken), additional languages are a plus
