You will learn and contribute to developing leading edge semiconductor test solutions and will also work directly with Advantest’s lead customers to bring their products to the market.
This is an ideal position for a senior test application engineer, with strong semiconductor testing background and knowledge of the V93000 ATE test system, mostly focusing on digital applications.
Bachelors or Master’s degree or University Degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or similar
Linux, C/C+, and Java programming skills; Very good English language & communication skills
Project Management skills
