Responsibilities:
-Oversee national retail budgeting to ensure alignment with company targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within allocated resources;
-Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to allocate retail activity budgets for each Key Account (KA);
Manage internal budget applications for all retail activities, maintaining effective communication with regional offices and HQ on related matters;
-Monitor and control budget spending related to procurement and retail agencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
-Conduct data analysis to evaluate budget performance, providing insights and recommendations to support retail operations;
-Operate relevant systems/tools for budget process management and data tracking;
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HQ, regional, and local offices to ensure consistent execution of financial strategies;
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the retail operations team.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields is preferred;
-Minimum 2 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry or finance-related roles;
-Strong analytical and data management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential;
-Fluent in English and Chinese (written & verbal) for international team communication; German language skills are a plus;
-Detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously;
-Excellent teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills;
-Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, fast-learning mindset.
