Marketing & Communication Executive Location: Leipzig
Position Type: Full-Time / Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communication Executive to bring a home appliance brand to life in the German-speaking market. You will act as the brand guardian on the ground, ensuring all localized content, campaigns, and marketing activities are executed in alignment with our central brand strategy. Working closely with the Brand Strategist, you will support the development and implementation of marketing plans that reflect the brand's voice and values—while adapting them to resonate with local consumersز
~ Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with our brand strategy and visual identity, in close coordination with the Brand Strategist
Lead the adaptation and execution of marketing communication materials for the German market (e.g., packaging, manuals, POS materials, video scripts, etc.
Manage localization of content, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate with creative agencies and translation partners for high-quality production of marketing.
Marketing Campaign Support (ATL &BTL)
Work with internal and external teams to localize and publish social media content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Ensure all digital content is adapted appropriately for the local audience while preserving brand tone and messaging.
Serve as the local marketing liaison for sales teams, distributors, and retail partners.
Support product launches with marketing collateral and ensure alignment between product features and promotional messages.
Facilitate communication between HQ and local stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of marketing activities.
Content Creation & Localization:
Write, edit, and localize content in German, including product descriptions, advertising copy, event materials, and packaging.
Work closely with approved creative and media agencies to deliver content and campaigns on time and within budget.
Monitor production quality (print, video, digital) and ensure all outputs meet brand requirements.
Track the performance of marketing campaigns and digital content, compiling regular reports for the Brand Strategist.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data, market trends, and competitor activity.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
~3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally in consumer electronics, appliances, or a related industry.
~ Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
~ Solid understanding of marketing execution, localization processes, and content adaptation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
~ Familiarity with CMS tools and social media management platforms.
~ Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
~ Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders with professionalism.
