IT Sales Professional
We accompany the tax consulting industry through digital change and design IT infrastructures for the future. As an Sales Account Manager (m/w/d), you support our customers in mastering their path to digitization successfully.
Your main tasks include:
* Consulting and Sales: You advise tax consultants and their clients on our IT solutions in the areas of cloud, telecommunications, IT equipment and consulting.
* Customer Care: In addition to acquiring new customers, customer care and above all customer satisfaction are very important to you, and you enjoy clarifying issues and finding solutions.
* Customer Acquisition: You identify potential new customers, develop strategies for customer acquisition and build long-term, trusting relationships.
* Solution-oriented sales: You analyze the specific requirements of your customers, develop tailored solutions and present our products and services - always true to the motto 'Machen'.
* Quote creation and contract negotiations: You create individual quotes and conduct contract negotiations until successful conclusion.
* Teamwork: You work closely with our teams from technology, consulting and support to offer our customers comprehensive and optimal solutions - because we grow together.

With your experience in sales and understanding of the requirements of the tax consulting industry, you are ideal for this position. Here are the qualifications you bring:
* Sales experience: You have experience in sales, preferably in the field of IT solutions - but that's not a requirement. Even sales professionals from other industries are welcome.
* Specialized knowledge: You bring a basic understanding of the IT sector and may even be familiar with the specific requirements of the tax consulting industry. You come from a technical background and are interested in sales? Then you're at the right place.
* Communication and negotiation skills: Come as you are. You convince with your communication skills and customer orientation and can negotiate safely and successfully.
* Independence and goal orientation: You work independently, structured and with a clear focus on your goals.
* Entrepreneurial spirit: You bring a high level of engagement and innovation enthusiasm to support your customers best.
* Mobility: Travel readiness and a class B driver's license round off your profile.
