IT Service Desk Coordinator Role
This is a skilled IT Service Desk coordinator role for a professional to join an organization. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree in IT and at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage tasks by ensuring they are respected, assist with goal implementation, evaluation, recruitment, and team organization.
* Provide reception services, organize on-call duties, and ensure permanences are respected.
* Manage tickets, regularly review KPIs.
* Support IT systems, manage inventory, and handle hardware management.
* Deploy updates and patches, maintain OS and application versions across end-user machines.
* Maintain the Service Desk, overseeing all aspects.
This role requires flexible working hours (8am-6pm), good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS) and network environments, as well as experience with ticket management tools.
Requirements:
