The Team and Role: Youu2019ll be part of Logitechu2019s Marketing team, supporting both the Gaming and Personal Workspace categories u2014 two of the companyu2019s most dynamic and fast-evolving business groups. In this hybrid role, youu2019ll collaborate closely with the local country marketing team and work alongside experienced Marketing Managers to bring Logitechu2019s creator and social media strategies to life at a local level. Youu2019ll also partner with regional category leads across Europe to help amplify Logitechu2019s brand presence through creators, social commerce, and digital storytelling. As a Creator Management & Social Media Intern (Young Talent), youu2019ll help identify, onboard, and manage creators while also supporting social media operations u2014 including managing social media channels, content boosting, dark posts, reporting, and TikTok Shop activities. This internship is an incredible opportunity to learn the full ecosystem of influencer and social marketing within a global tech brand. Please note that this role is offered as a 24-month apprenticeship. Candidates must be enrolled in full-time studies and available to work part-time during the academic year, with full-time availability required during the summer break. In this role you will: Support creator identification, recruitment, and management across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for both the Gaming and Personal Workspace categories. Assist with creator procurement, negotiations, and contracting in collaboration with internal and agency partners. Help coordinate product seeding and community activation campaigns with local influencers and creators. Manage local social media handles in collaboration with marketing agencies. Managing social media channels, content boosting, content creation/management, reporting, and TikTok Shop activities Support social media operations for paid and organic initiatives. Contribute to the management of TikTok Shop content, creator collaborations, and performance tracking. Participate in content review and reporting, using tools such as CreatorIQ and Brandwatch to deliver campaign insights. Collaborate with local and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment. Monitor social trends and creator opportunities, identifying new ways Logitech can engage audiences through authentic storytelling. Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: Academic background or hands-on experience in marketing, communications, or digital media. Strong understanding of social media platforms u2014 especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Interest in creator and influencer marketing, including social commerce. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Analytical mindset with confidence in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs) for reporting and presentation. Creative eye and passion for short-form video content and emerging social trends. Fluent in English (C1/C2) ; additional local language skills are a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or freelance experience in influencer, social media, or brand marketing. Familiarity with tools like CreatorIQ, Canva, or Adobe Suite. Awareness of gaming, lifestyle, and tech creator communities. Enthusiasm for learning how to manage creators and campaigns end-to-end. \LI-RD1 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
