About the Role: As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a highly ambitious Key Account Manager (KAM) (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to grow alongside a company with big ambitions. This is an individual contributor position, reporting directly to our newly promoted and forward-thinking Head of Key Account Management. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our international distribution partners across approximately 30 countries. Hamburg Permanent position fulltime Your Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen relationships with international distribution partners (not direct sales) Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, ensuring mutual success and compliance Collaborate with partners across various cultures, adapting communication and approach accordingly Occasionally travel to meet partners and support relationship development Handle the details and complexity of partner contracts and commercial agreements Operate with autonomy while working closely with the Head of Key Account Management to deliver strategic outcomes What We’re Looking For: Full-time residence in Hamburg (required) Fluency in both German and English (required) 2–3 years of dedicated experience in key account management or similar roles A resilient, agile mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to building scalable processes Strong negotiation skills and confidence in managing international stakeholders Enjoys working independently but thrives within a collaborative and growing team Preferred Attributes: Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.
