Tasks
* You partner with internal stakeholders to analyse business processes in SD and translate operational needs into system requirements aimed at improving efficiency and performance.
* You design and implement effective SAP solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams across international locations.
* You take ownership of solution configuration, system integration testing, and documentation within core operational modules.
* You support global system rollouts and ensure smooth implementation across multiple regions.
* You train and guide key users and end users, providing advanced application support.
* You investigate system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution.
Profile
* Degree in business informatics, information systems, or a comparable qualification
* Solid hands-on experience within SAP environments, ideally with exposure to order-to-cash and related functional areas
* Strong system configuration skills within core operational modules; basic development or debugging knowledge is advantageous
* Experience within a technical, manufacturing, or project-based environment is beneficial
* Confident and professional communication skills in both German and English
* Structured, analytical, and process-oriented mindset with the ability to consider end-to-end business processes
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and situations
* Team-oriented approach with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
