Hybrid Solutions Manager (m/f/d)

This position can be filled anywhere in Europe with an ENERCON office.
Your tasks:
* Measure customer and business value (e.g. LCOE optimization) and structure requirements for storage assets
* Analyze value drivers for various customer segments and identify areas where Enercon's solutions can add value
* Communicate ENERCON’s value offerings to interested customers, focusing on value proposition
* Benchmark business model use cases against competitors to determine relative customer value and identify differentiation opportunities
* Analyze data and customer feedback to define requirements for hybrid configurations, including storage assets, guiding solution development
* Support the purchasing department in supplier discussions to align customer requirements with available solutions
Your qualifications:
* Degree in engineering, business administration (MBA) or a related field
* Several years of professional experience in the renewable energy industry with exposure to energy storage technology
* Profound know-how in customer economic / project finance modeling for renewable assets, both standalone and hybrid storage
* Fluency in English, German or other languages are an advantage
* Excellent abstract and analytical thinking skills, with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach
* Ability to present and discuss complex analyses and insights with non-technical target groups
* Enthusiastic about being part of an agile and interdisciplinary innovation team
