To receive, audit and arrange packing and shipping orders for Export Sales customers and develop Export Sales procedures. To determine the most acceptable shipping rates and methods and recommend contractual agreements. To provide support to the Export Sales team, customers and STIHL Germany, as well as internal personnel to insure procedures flow smoothly. Job Duties & Responsibilities Establishes and maintains computerized price lists, documentation requirements, customer lists, etc. for export sales, such as loading worldwide pricing for all export affiliates and customers, loading customer specific prices for export customers and loading vendor pricing provided by the purchasing department. Maintains and sets up sales master data for all export part numbers. Also maintains all export customers, forwarders, vendors, trucking company, etc. including customer master data. Acts as a backup for domestic part number requests and set up. Works closely with materials department and IS when new software and/or procedures will affect export department. Works closely with STIHL Germany and other production plants to coordinate project, sales, and vendor orders. This includes, but is not limited to, working with production, engineering and planning departments to ensure timely shipment. Responsible for coordinating and maintaining product returns from STIHL Germany and other production plants. This also involves issuing credits and debits as necessary. Creates and distributes several sales reports from SAP and other systems to accommodate various departments at STIHL Inc. and STIHL Germany. This includes but is not limited to, unshipped units report, back order reports, container shipping data, Virginia port shipping data for tax credit purposes, etc. Serves as a sales department SAP Super User with regard to export operations and configuration changes in the Sales/Distribution (S/D) module in SAP. Downloads/uploads export pricing changes, works with IS to write specifications and test changes for export requirements to the S/D module, maintenance of export specific master data, and serves as the export department’s SAP resource by answering questions and troubleshooting problems. Responsible for being the department expert/trainer on shipping documentation and the requirements from the different forwarders, steam ship lines, air freight companies, etc. This includes, but not limited to, sea freight, air freight and Hazmat shipments. Must know when they need to be declared as Hazmat shipments and when they can be shipped excepted. Know the different vessel regulations as well as custom requirements. Must follow all Federal and International Regulations. Performs all coordinator-level B responsibilities including, but not limited to, receiving/reconciling customer orders, transmitting/replacing processed orders, creating/collecting shipping documentation, generating/verifying accuracy of invoices, investigates shipping status discrepancies and responds to customer inquiries and complaints. Specifications Must be willing to obtain Hazmat certification (training provided by STIHL) Must be able to perform work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, and refers on the most complex issues to higher-level staff Basic computer and Microsoft knowledge, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic SAP knowledge preferred 1-3 years of related work experience is required :Wir freuen uns auf die Bewerbung:
