Role Overview:
As the Project Logistics Manager in Potsdam-Babelsberg, you will play a pivotal role in operating various logistics operations for our German and oversea clients. You will provide our clients with exceptional service, drive operational efficiency, and connect the dots to ensure seamless logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and operate project logistics operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with global offices and agents to optimize logistics solutions and connect the dots for efficient project execution.
- Time scheduling the shipments with clients and our service providers.
- Checking of incoming invoices and invoicing to client.
- Travel for site supervision is required occasionally, but not frequently.
Who We are Looking For:
We are seeking a professional with a strong background in project logistics and management. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in logistics, particularly in ocean shipping encompassing breakbulk, container, and heavy haulage trucking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth, innovation, and connect the dots for comprehensive solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory, additional languages are a benefit.
