Your responsibilities You see the bigger picture: Plan, execute, and/or lead audits across diverse and complex operational processes within Fresenius Kabi and Helios, both nationally and internationally. You identify risks and opportunities: Analyze and assess business processes, internal control systems, and governance structures. You bring clarity: Develop and communicate actionable recommendations to management for improving processes and minimizing risks. You work data-driven: Use tools like Power BI, Celonis, and TeamMate Analytics to perform data analyses and uncover insights. You deliver impact: Prepare and present meaningful audit reports directly to executive and senior management. Your perspective shapes the future: Provide valuable insights and act as a trusted advisor on major group-wide projects, the design and enhancement of management systems, corporate guidelines, and audit methodologies. What you bring A master’s degree in business, economics, accounting, health care management or a related field; CIA, CFE, CISA or similar certifications are a plus At least 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing, ideally in a health care sector Solid understanding of risk management, internal controls, audit standards and business processes Analytical mindset with strong communication and presentation skills and a curious, open-minded approach to problem-solving Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 30%) Fluent in English and German Mindesteingruppierung/Minimum Grading: E11 K
