We are on the lookout for a Senior Specialist/Associate Principal to join the QC Programs team in Product Operations, Quick Commerce Growth Product Line team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Act as the strategic PM of PMs for QC—leading on PMO, designing governance, crafting operational processes, and ensuring Product, Engineering, and Business teams move in sync. You will also build and manage at least one core QC organisational process (, adoption tracking, feedback loop, capability readiness), driving adoption and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate the PMO: Design and run portfolio governance, planning cadences, risk logs, dashboards, and SLAs.Personally unblock critical projects, build tooling (dashboards, workflows), and rescue misfiring programmes.
2. Product Operations Ownership: Serve as the go-to for process design, enabling product teams with workflows, dashboarding, and delivery enablement.
3. Support and lift PMs: Translate strategy (Value Drivers → OKRs → ABCs) into actionable plans and support PMs in execution and alignment. Train PMs and Leads, run playbooks, and elevate delivery standards.
4. Lead change initiatives: Manage org change rollouts with stakeholder communication, training, and adoption metrics.
5. Data & tooling stewardship: Own Product Ops tooling stack; ensure self-service reporting and transparency.
Qualifications
6. 5–7 years in PMO, Programme/Portfolio Management, or Product Operations within mature tech settings.
7. Proven track record of building and running PMO/process functions and executing end-to-end deliveries.
8. Deep experience in Product Ops: OKR alignment, process scaling, adoption tracking.
9. Tool fluency: Jira/JPD, Confluence, Google Sheets/Apps Script, dashboards.
10. Hybrid agile governance experience.
11. Strong change management background.
