We are seeking a creative and motivated Interior Designer to join our team in Salem. This position is open to both fresh graduates and experienced designers with 0-3 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences for interior spaces.
* Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and furnishings.
* Select materials, furniture, and accessories that align with the client's vision and budget.
* Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as necessary.
* Work with contractors and vendors to ensure designs are executed properly and within timelines.
* Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
* Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to design specifications if needed.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field (for freshers).
* Proven experience in interior design (for experienced candidates).
* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong understanding of color theory, space planning, and furniture design.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
* Candidates working on-site will need to focus more on 3D visualizing and planning.
Salary: 15K-30K per month plus performance based incentives.
Work Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu.
Work Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Mon to Sat will be working, Sunday is fixed off)
