Sr Business Development Specialist
We are seeking an accomplished Sr Business Development Specialist to spearhead Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives across our European retail markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bridging strategy and action by leveraging data insights to drive customer-centric decision-making
* Partnering with regional teams to develop performance tracking and commercial strategies
* Embedding a value-driven mindset across markets through collaborative business decisions
* Optimizing business processes for sustainable results
* Tracking performance and impact through key performance indicators
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant or in a similar role, ideally in retail or multi-market environments
* Deep expertise in CVM, loyalty, or retention strategies
* Strong communication skills, articulating complex topics to diverse stakeholders
* Collaborative energy, influencing stakeholders from different cultural contexts
