As part of this growth, we are strengthening our German delivery team and are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to support our expanding business in the region.

What you may need to succeed: 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, administration or implementation Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices Experience configuring and customising Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, etc.) Exposure to integrations and data migration concepts Strong communication and stakeholder management skills At least 1–2 Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator) preferred Experience working in Agile delivery environments and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyse, challenge and improve them together with stakeholders
What you'll be doing: You will be working with clients across Germany and Europe regions to understand their business requirements and design solutions for them, leveraging declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities Working with clients across the EMEA, ASEAN, and ANZ regions to gather requirements and support solution design alongside senior consultants Configuring and customising Salesforce based on agreed solution designs Supporting discovery workshops and documenting business requirements Assisting in solution design discussions and providing input based on platform capabilities Managing change requests, enhancements, and day-to-day support tickets Supporting data migration, testing, and deployment activities Assisting in training sessions and system rollouts for end users Collaborating with developers and senior consultants to ensure best-practice implementations Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and new platform capabilities
