Technical Support Engineer – Germany
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support customers across Germany in the surveying and construction equipment sector. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers in Germany
* Perform equipment installation, testing, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting
* Deliver customer training and prepare German-language manuals, videos, and documentation
* Collect user feedback and coordinate with HQ for continuous product improvement
* Support local service center setup and handle minor equipment repairs
* Assist the Sales Manager during customer visits and product certification processes
Requirements
* German national, fluent in German and English
* 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer / FAE, preferably in surveying or construction equipment
* Strong hands-on technical capability and excellent communication skills
* Willingness to travel regularly for field service
* Valid drivers license required
