We’re now looking for ambitious Senior Field Sales Representatives to expand our merchant base in key markets — and grow into future Territory Managers.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Sell on the Ground
1. Actively sell our POS and card reader solutions to local small businesses
2. Own the field: refine sales pitches, uncover hotspots, and test acquisition strategies
✅ Shape Your Territory
3. Map your region and lay the groundwork for future growth
4. Based on results, support the recruitment and onboarding of freelance sales reps
✅ Drive Local Growth
5. Share market insights with HQ to help tailor go-to-market strategies
6. Test new tools, messaging, and partnerships to boost merchant acquisition
✅ Grow into Leadership
7. After proving your success, transition into a Territory Manager role
8. Build and lead your own team of freelance Field Sales Representatives

9. Have a proven track record in B2B field sales, ideally with SMEs
10. Love being out in the field and closing deals face-to-face

14. Have experience in POS, payments, telecom, energy, or similar sectors
15. Excel in a commission-heavy environment and aim to overachieve
