Overview: As an intern in the Solutions Team at Sereact, you will work at the intersection of cutting-edge robotics, software development, and industrial application. You’ll support the evaluation of new robotic solutions and contribute to the ongoing development of internal standards. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize and scale the deployment of our AI-powered pick-and-place systems. Your Responsibilities: Robotics Evaluation: Analyze and test various hardware and software components (e.g., robotic arms, grippers, camera systems) to assess their suitability for Sereact’s solutions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align requirements and share findings. Standardization: Support the creation and implementation of internal evaluation guidelines and best practices for the selection and integration of robotics components. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document your findings in a structured way (e.g., using Confluence, Notion, internal reports) and help disseminate insights within the team. Qualifications: Ongoing studies in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. First hands-on experience with robotic systems (e.g., UR, FANUC, ABB, KUKA) or industrial automation components. Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and how they interact. Interest in standardization, documentation, and structured evaluation methods. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style. Fluent in either German or English; both languages are a plus.
