Specialist Maintenance Accounting Role
Job Description:
As a Specialist Maintenance Accounting professional, you will be responsible for proactively reducing credit risks and collection. Your duties will include analysing credit reports, obtaining necessary deposits/guarantees, and ensuring efficient systems are in place for maintenance accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Closure of financial accounts (supervising bookings/invoicings)
* Providing external auditors with needed information/documentation
* Audit departmental processes and IT systems
* Planning tasks; auditing; efficiency improvement
* Ensure efficient systems for Maintenance Accounting
* Working with TRAX and SAP S4/H or future ERP systems
* Participate in any projects for the development of systems
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Have an analytical mindset
* Be able to prioritize tasks
* Ability to work in a team
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Good computer skills with proficiencies in Microsoft Office in a Windows environment (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
* Knowledge of accounting systems (ERP systems, for example SAP)
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications or certifications in finance or accounting.
