1. Supporting regional strategy execution, innovation initiatives, and continuous improvement
2. Tracking roadmap progress and preparing status updates, KPI reports, and presentations
3. Providing project management support: scoping, planning, milestones, and progress tracking
4. Supporting workshops (preparation, facilitation, documentation, follow-up)
5. Assisting with opportunity analysis, implementation of actions, and results validation
6. Supporting functional activities on demand (cost control, service product data, training tracking, process compliance)
Deine Qualifikationen
7. Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Analysis, Life Sciences, or related field
8. Availability 10–20 hours per week for at least 6 months
9. Strong organisational skills and basic project experience
10. Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas)
11. Fluent English (written and spoken)
12. Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
13. Experience with Power BI or Tableau
14. Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project) or ERP systems (SAP)
15. Basic understanding of medical device lifecycle, quality or regulatory environment
16. Previous internship or part-time experience in technical service, product management, or continuous improvement
