What will you be doing?
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals
* Identify customer pain points through consultative deep-dive calls
* Drive branding and employer branding campaigns for clients
* Sell to universities, employer branding teams, and corporate HR teams
* Handle deals in the range of €10K-15K ACV, scaling upwards
Must-Haves:
* At least 1 year of closing experience in B2B SaaS or Ad Sales
* Fluent in German
* Experience working in a startup or scaleup environment
* Want to be in the office!

Salary Range:
* Base salary: €60K+
* Commission: 10% on every deal closed (uncapped)
* Total earning potential: €100,000+
