What you bring to the role: Educational Background:A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for both strategic and operational HR work. Proven HR Leadership:Over 5 years of experience in HR management, ideally within a complex or international organization, with hands-on involvement across all core HR areas. Expertise in Compliance & People Operations:Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices, including payroll, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
