Company Profile & Role Description

This is a rare opportunity to join a AI-driven Series A SaaS scale-up at a true inflection point. Backed by strong market traction and preparing for a major Series B raise, the company is redefining how businesses manage energy. With a powerful mission, a highly motivated team, and cutting-edge SaaS products, they are poised to dominate the energy management space across Europe. The company is targeting revenue growth from €3M to €10M+ ARR in the next 12–18 months, with plans to double headcount in the same period.

The only thing missing... it a strong revenue leader / Head of Sales to manage this growth.

You will lead, coach, and scale a 12-person sales team, set strategy, processes, and optimize for operational + hiring excellence, across EMEA.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: Up to €140,000 base + ~€60,000 bonus (structure negotiable) + Equity

Responsibilities

* Lead and scale the sales team, mentoring team members and instilling a performance-driven culture
* Own new ARR targets, forecasting, pipeline generation, and board-level reporting
* Hands-on mentality, jumping into deals where needed to support closing
* Refine and implement the sales playbook across lead generation, pipeline management, and closing
* Collaborate with RevOps to manage CRM data, reporting, and BI
* Align closely with marketing and product to enhance conversion and optimize messaging
* Help narrow the product focus to sharpen product-market fit
* Drive experimentation in sales motions and GTM tactics

Must-Haves:

* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership roles
* Proven success in scaling sales teams in ARR range from Head of Sales growth step | Series A SaaS Scale-up | 200K OTE
