As the Head of Global HR Data, Analytics & AI in our Transformation, Operations & Insights unit you will...
~ Establish and govern a scalable global HR data architecture covering all HR systems and data sources.
~ Define and implement global HR data governance, including data ownership, quality standards, master data management, and lifecycle management.
~ Define and manage global HR data & analytics service delivery model (e.g., self-service analytics, dashboards, standardized reports).
~ Set up and oversee frameworks for HR data privacy, security, and compliance in close collaboration with Legal, IT, and Data Protection.
~ Drive the design, implementation and adoption of AI-powered HR solutions that enhance manager and employee experience with easy-to-use, scalable tools.
~ Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional HR Data, Analytics & AI unit.
10+ years of experience in HR, data and analytics, global HR systems management, HR-IT demand management, or related fields in international matrix organizations.
~ Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional data and AI initiatives in a global corporate environment.
~ In-depth knowledge of data privacy and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and their application to HR data.
~ Proficiency with modern data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, BI tools).
~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including at senior executive level.
~ Deep understanding of HR processes and how to enable them with data, analytics and AI.
~ English business proficiency is a must-have, German proficiency is a plus.
