The Director IT (m / f / d) is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the IT department, managing three specialized teams to ensure a secure, reliable, and future-ready IT landscape. YOUR TASKS
* Lead and develop the IT teams of System Administration, Platform and Presales Infrastructure - in total a department of 13 employees
* Drive IT strategy aligned with business goals
* Oversee IT projects in security, rollouts, integration of external tools and cloud migration
* Support the CISO on all security matters
* Control IT budgets, vendor management, and service providers
* Act as key contact for executives and other departments
* Create a people-centric, supportive team environment based on trust and respect.
* Manage a distributed team (mainly remote, with colleagues in Germany and the USA)
YOUR PROFILE
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* Proven leadership experience in IT management
* Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructures, cloud services, and IT security
* Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
* Strategic thinking and problem solving
* Empathy and servant leadership
* Project leadership
* Fluent in German and English
