đĄ What youâll do
Youâll be the go-to expert for our clients:
* Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding process
* Support and empower existing users to become InviteDesk ambassadors
* Spot opportunities for improvement and share them with our product team
* Offer tailored solutions and upsell when it makes sense
* Deliver training sessions at our HQ and occasionally on-site
* Expand our knowledge base and share insights with the team
đ§ Who you are
Youâre a proactive, customer-obsessed problem solver who:
* Communicates clearly and confidently (digitally and in person)
* Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
* Speaks and writes fluent German & English â Dutch and French are a strong plus
* Has at least 1 year of relevant experience and a bachelor-level mindset
* Works in a structured way, takes ownership,
* Brings positive energy to every interaction â with a keen eye for detail
