* Act as a product ambassador, representing the company internally and externally, and strengthening the product culture.
Profil
* Bring solid experience in leading product organizations, combining deep product management expertise with the ability to build, grow, and inspire high-performing teams.
* Demonstrate a proven track record in the technology or payment industry, with a sharp sense for market trends and customer needs.
* Own the product vision end-to-end — from strategy to delivery and continuous improvement.
* Combine business acumen with a digital mindset to turn complex ideas into scalable product solutions.
* Thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments, confidently managing product priorities and delivery across international, cross-functional teams.
