Operations Manager
The ideal candidate will oversee the seamless operation of various stations, ensuring they meet customer demand. They will analyze station KPIs and processes, manage stakeholders, and direct projects to streamline operations, optimize productivity, and enhance the quality of service for customers within their area of responsibility.

* Managing stakeholders and daily operational duties
* Implementing process improvement and operational contingency tasks on a large scale
Our team is responsible for managing the entire service lifecycle, from supply chain fulfillment to delivery and returns. We have ambitious plans to expand our specialist fulfillment centers and delivery stations across the UK and Europe.
Relevant experience in a logistics or data-driven environment, such as Operations Manager or Data Analyst, is required. Additionally, advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and German is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques, as well as relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
