Main Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer support in German via phone, chat, and email
* Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, or account issues
* Detect and resolve problems effectively while maintaining quality standards
* Collaborate with international teams to enhance the customer experience
* Ensure compliance with internal and client procedures
Your Profile
* Fluent in German (C1/C2) and good English (B2)
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Flexible and comfortable working in a multicultural team environment
* EU citizenship or valid residence in Portugal
