YOUR TASKS
1. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the construction segment's objectives
2. Creation of centrally provided marketing assets, including brochures, flyers, and demo cards
3. Layout, creation, and final artwork of internally provided concepts
4. Segment-specific alignment of content with individual needs
5. Image retouching and creation of compositions
6. Recreation of internationally provided assets
7. Checking print data for accuracy and typesetting/proofreading for multiple language versions
8. Redesigning existing assets according to CI guidelines
9. Consulting on creative concepts for group-wide activities
10. Providing feedback on briefings and feasibility of production planning
11. Managing finalized assets in the DAM system
12. Continuously improving corporate design
13. Developing new content formats
YOUR PROFILE
14. Confident handling of typography, form, color, and image composition
15. A trained eye for design and standards paired with care and accuracy
16. Professional use of Adobe CC Suite & MS Office
17. Profound experience in art creation & visual design
18. High-level knowledge and understanding of customer-specific needs, technical requirements & print standards
19. Creative, collaborative, flexible and strong in communication
20. Fluency in written and spoken English
