For our boutique in Munich, Oberpollinger, we are looking for a Retail Working Student with passion and drive. Thisopportunity will provide you insights into the luxury fashion industry as well as an understanding of our corporate culture. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Being an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and helping the boutique team on the floor with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment
2. Keeping the boutique floor clean and ensuring safety of our products on the shop floor
3. Assist the stock team in ensuring daily replenishment of shopping bags, gift boxes and packaging
4. Offering best in class service by serving refreshments to our clients
5. Ensuring an excellent customer experience to our clients during their boutique stay
6. Tending to special needs and wishes of our clients
PROFILE
7. Currently enrolled at a German university
8. Very well organized, reliable, committed, and self-motivated
9. Positive and open mindset and good level of communication
10. Excellent accuracy and attention to details and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
11. Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
