4. Lead Global Tendering for Erection, Installation and Commissioning for High Voltage transmission, FACTS and storage projects : Define and execute tendering strategies for Erection & Commissioning projects, ensuring competitive and compliant bids.
5. Manage Bid Process: Oversee preparation and submission of tenders, including cost calculations, risk and opportunity assessments, and contractual compliance for the erection and commissioning scope
6. Customer Requirements: Analyze specifications and develop tailored solutions that meet technical and commercial expectations, whilst remaining competitive.
7. Develop references: Develop and maintain reference projects including relevant documentation and SE standards to ensure and sustain competitive and modular bids.
8. Negotiate Contracts: Drive negotiations with customers and partners to secure favorable terms.
9. Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and EHS teams to ensure integrated tender deliverables.
10. Champion Digitalization & Zero Harm: Apply Siemens Energy digital tools and uphold EHS standards throughout the tendering process. Ensure tenders account for efficient digital solutions.
11. Develop Talent: Build and lead a high-performing global tendering team, fostering diversity, agility, and continuous improvement.
Was Sie mitbringen
12. Proven experience in tendering and bid management for large-scale erection and commissioning projects in the energy sector.
13. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
14. Familiarity with Siemens Energy standards, including Zero Harm and digitalized processes.
15. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
16. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
17. Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills.
18. Effective communicator and influencer in a global, matrix organization.
19. Passionate about driving operational excellence and innovation.
