* Management and coordination of internal training programs
* Support with filing and managing documents
* Creation of basic employment references using templates
* Maintenance and revision of HR process documentation and related materials
* Support in organizing and executing career fairs and events
* Administrative support in applicant management (e.g., scheduling appointments, communication)
* Assistance with various other administrative HR tasks
Your Profile:
* Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
* Strong interest in HR topics; prior experience in HR is a plus
* Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
* MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
