Business Analyst – Banking/Finance/Payments (Core24 Focus)

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with specialized experience in Core24, banking systems, and payment processing. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, playing a critical role in the development, optimization, and implementation of core banking and financial services platforms.
Lead gap analysis and impact assessments for new initiatives or changes to the existing banking systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient solutions in areas such as payments (ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, RTGS), core banking modules (accounts, loans, deposits), and compliance reporting.
Map and improve end-to-end payment workflows and financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Support UAT and SIT phases by developing test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and validating outcomes.
Monitor project milestones and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Assist in data migration, process reengineering, and post-implementation reviews.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
~ Strong hands-on experience with Core24 core banking systems is highly preferred.
~ Familiarity with APIs, ISO 20022 messaging, and integration across banking channels (e.g., mobile, online, ATM).
~ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with other core banking platforms (e.g., Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (CSPO, Scrum Master).
Knowledge of cloud-based banking solutions or digital transformation initiatives.
