Total Rewards Business Partner

Antech is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Total Rewards Business Partner to join our growing team. The Total Rewards Business Partner will be essential in providing support to our compensation and benefits agenda across the European and APAC markets to ensure a strong competitive position within the industry. This role will report into Total Rewards Lead and will work closely with Business Stakeholders and Associates.
Primary Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy & Benchmarking
* Lead market benchmarking to ensure competitive, aligned pay.
* Evaluate roles and provide data-led salary recommendations.
* Maintain salary structures and support organisation design.
Data & Insights
* Build dashboards and deliver actionable reward insights.
* Run cost modelling for merit cycles and incentives.
* Analyse pay equity and programme effectiveness.
Annual Cycles & Programmes
* Co-manage merit and incentive cycles end-to-end.
* Partner with Finance on planning and forecasting.
* Support benefits review and programme rollout.
Stakeholder Partnership
* Advise leaders on compensation decisions.
* Deliver clear guidance, tools, and training to managers.
Governance & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
* Improve processes and maintain clear documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
* Experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related analytical roles.
* Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals (benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structures, incentives); multi-country exposure a plus.
* Analytical mindset with experience in financial modelling and large datasets.
* Confident communicator, able to simplify complex topics and influence stakeholders.
* Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; proactive and adaptable.
* Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to prioritise deadlines.
* Advanced Excel skills; strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
* Workday knowledge desirable.
* Fluent English (C1+).
