As a Senior Sales Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our revenue growth by providing critical insights and analysis to support our quarterly and annual sales planning processes.
About the Role
* You will be responsible for developing and managing a reliable, accurate, and streamlined process for building and deploying quarterly quotas.
* As a strategic business partner to the Director of Sales Planning & Compensation and the VP of Revenue Operations, you will provide expert analysis and support on quarterly goal-setting, quota construction, territory management, headcount planning, and ad-hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a process for building and deploying quarterly quotas that drives revenue growth.
* Partner with business stakeholders to define key metrics and develop reporting dashboards that inform sales strategies.
* Work closely with the Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to optimize sales productivity and drive results.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related experience.
* Expert modeling skills and extensive knowledge of sales planning processes, including territory management and quota construction.
* Relevant experience and a solid understanding of go-to-market design & sales planning as well as sales compensation design & analytics.
* A proven ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization.
