Business Leader for Fund Administration
Your role:
As a Business Leader, you will oversee the onboarding process for funds and drive the implementation of fund administration technology software. You will spearhead process improvements, design training programs, and guide teams in achieving their objectives. Your key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a Project Manager for client onboarding
* Designing pricing models for fund administration services departments, including potential evolutions
* Leading data migration into FIS Investran by acting as a change manager in the process
* Ensuring compliance clearance and contracting issues are addressed
* Carefully managing Investran compatibility analysis with new business opportunities
Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency (FATA) Product Management:
* Formulating and defending a product roadmap for the FATA team and driving its go-to-market approach
* Producing product roadmap success measurement metrics (KPIs) and completing post-implementation reviews on a regular or as needed basis
* Engaging with existing clients and leading client-facing projects
* Collaborating with operational teams to understand their needs and provide guidance
* Responsible for delivering the FATA product roadmap within budget and bandwidth constraints
* Facilitating risk and issue management with senior stakeholders and escalating when necessary with vendors
* Continuously improving platforms to ensure consistency of practices, increase operational efficiency, and enhance end-user/client experience
* Ensuring FATA application support teams adhere to CCSF requirements
* Regularly reviewing tickets with vendors to ensure adherence to SLA
Training & FIS Investran Platform Usage Standards:
* Developing FIS Investran usage standards
* Supervising the creation and maintenance of procedures to support handling and activities in supported applications
* Setting up a control framework to ensure standards are well applied
* Ensuring user management access in supported applications aligns with security management policies
* Embedding Investran usage practices and standards in training programs within the Fund Administration Services department
* Prioritizing delivery initiatives and providing guidance to delivery teams when/where appropriate
Profile Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Alternative Fund environments
2. University degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent fields
3. Transformation/change management, global process, and control framework implementation experience
4. Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
5. Initiative-taking and excellent organizational skills
6. Fluency in English language
7. Experience in financial solutions, product management, and customer onboarding
8. Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering collaborative and innovative environments
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
10. Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects within constraints
11. Familiarity with security management policies and best practices
