As a Content Moderator in Porto, youll support social media initiatives, ensuring client guidelines are followed and enhancing the user experience across platforms.
What Youll Do
* Review, audit, and moderate user content, ensuring compliance with copyright and platform rules
* Analyze user behavior and apply nuanced social media policies
* Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or business-critical issues
* Propose improvements to enhance service and overall user experience
* Maintain high-quality reporting according to established protocols
What Were Looking For
* Fluency in Romanian (C1) and English (B2)
* At least 6 months of relevant experience
* Strong customer service and teamwork skills
* Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Critical reasoning, multitasking, and effective communication skills
* Fast learner with a diligent work ethic
