Solventum is seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Compliance Director. The selected individual will be responsible for providing compliance expertise and strategic advice to business leaders and functions.
About the Role:
The Compliance Director will lead the EMEA compliance business partner team across the region, promoting a culture of integrity and ethical conduct. This involves providing strategic advice on compliance matters, leading the compliance team, and fostering a culture of ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic advice on compliance matters and promote a culture of integrity and ethics.
* Lead the EMEA compliance business partner team and drive compliance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have profound experience in working in compliance in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree (Law) or Juris Doctorate.
* Profound experience in compliance.
* Fluency in verbal and written English & German.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed in this role include deep knowledge of global anti-bribery laws and other anti-corruption codes and standards.
