Stellenbeschreibung
* Du verantwortest den aktiven telefonischen Vertrieb von Telekommunikationslösungen an mittelständische und große Unternehmen (B2B).
* Du nutzt vorqualifizierte Leads aus dem Radius-Kundenstamm mit hoher Abschlusswahrscheinlichkeit.
* Mit fundierter Bedarfsanalyse entwickelst du individuelle, lösungsorientierte Angebote und führst diese bis zum Abschluss.
* Du bist Sparringspartner für Kunden – mit Beratung auf Augenhöhe und Fokus auf langfristige Kundenbindung.
* Du arbeitest eng mit Sales & Management zusammen und bringst dich aktiv in Prozess- und Strategieentwicklung ein.
Qualifikationen
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Telekommunikationsvertrieb, idealerweise bei Anbietern wie Telekom, Vodafone, Freenet, Drillisch, Telefonica oder vergleichbaren Unternehmen.
* Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für B2B-Vertrieb im Mittelstands- und Großkundensegment.
* Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und eine hunter-orientierte Denkweise.
* Hohe Eigenmotivation, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein echter Teamplayer-Spirit.
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
