Business Development Representative
Location: Berlin
Annapurna Recruitment is supporting an innovative SaaS scale-up in Berlin in the search for a Business Development Representative – DACH (m/w/d). This is a hybrid role with a strong commercial focus, ideal for a native German speaker with a passion for sales and a drive to make an impact in the rapidly growing Conversational Commerce space. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside industry experts while helping shape strategic client partnerships in the DACH region.
Job Requirements
Essential:
* Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment
* Native/bilingual German and professional-level English skills
* Strong pre-sales and outbound lead generation experience (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events)
* Ability to identify and communicate commercial value to prospective clients
* Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
* Strong collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally with sales, studios, and marketing teams
* Goal-driven with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Desirable:
* Familiarity with the European eCommerce landscape and enabling technologies
* Knowledge of Conversational Commerce or WhatsApp Business as a channel
* Experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment
