We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support our Sales Operations and B2B activities. In this role, you will assist with maintaining the B2B master database in NetSuite, coordinating sample management, and supporting showroom, market, and sales preparation.
You will also contribute to system data management, after-sales processes, reporting, and a variety of operational and administrative tasks across teams. This position offers broad exposure to sales, merchandising, and operations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Assisting with ad hoc support needed for presentations / projects.
Booking models, drinks and snaks orders, coordinating of cleaning, interns, students.
Invite- and appointment and calendar management.
Liaise with Merch Team for sample management.
Assist the Sales Managers during market appointments.
After-Sales process and management.
System data management: New Client creation process, welcome pack, onboarding etc.
Supporting Sales Operations & Logistics with with vendor manuals, ensuring a good communication with Partners.
Account support: Supporting your Manager across all projects.
Experience in sales or buying for a fashion brand.
Excellent communication skills in English and in either German, French or Italian ar a must.
Driven and has startup mentality.
