Facebook is seeking an experienced consultative sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Facebooku2019s advertising solutions to the largest brands in the region focusing on the FMCG Vertical. This position can be located in either Berlin, Hamburg, Munich or Zurich. This is a timely limited position (STE for 1 year). Required Skills: Client Partner FMCG DACH (STE 1 Year) Responsibilities: 1. Help define Facebooku2019s overall approach and focus on the work with its strategic clients in the DACH market and on specific book of business 2. Develop, lead, and execute strategies & initiatives that drive short and long-term revenue for brand clients 3. Prospect and penetrate client, media and advertising organizations to obtain performance advertising commitment 4. Partner with Facebook cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to Facebooku2019s success the region 5. Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team, and provide reports as needed 6. Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions 7. Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions 8. Act as a thought leader in FMCG to grow Facebooku2019s footprint in the market and gain additional shares on total advertising budgets 9. Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals for yourself and your team 10. Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service 11. Represent Facebook at relevant industry events 12. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital Marketing, technology, and accompanying Facebook solutions 13. Drive education on Facebook product, company updates and share Facebook best practices as relevant to client's business Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 14. Demonstrated track record of Marketing, Consulting, Brand Advertising, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience gained in the FMCG sector 15. Thorough knowledge and/or experience in sales or marketing with a proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships 16. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals 17. Proven track record in dealing with C level and top management 18. Demonstrated to run highly sophisticated and KPI driven performance and brand marketing campaigns across different marketing channels 19. Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and media agencies is a plus 20. Facebook user, and passionate about social media 21. Demonstrated success as a leader of change, achieving operational rigor by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems 22. Perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment 23. Understanding of user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms 24. Business level German and English essential Industry: Internet
