Stellenbeschreibung Act as the strategic North Star across multiple categories and campaigns, keeping brand, platforms, and priorities aligned Partner closely with senior internal stakeholders, improving briefing quality, feedback culture, governance, and escalation clarity Own assigned categories end to end u2013 from strategy and creative quality to execution and rollout Co-own on-time, in-full delivery with Project Management, spotting risks early and removing blockers before they become issues Take responsibility for scope, forecasting, and budget health, while identifying smart opportunities to extend or improve campaigns Drive adoption and continuous improvement of our ways of working, tools, and templates across campaigns Strengthen collaboration across teams and regions, while coaching Account Directors and supporting confident, high-quality decision-making Qualifikationen Proven experience leading large, complex projects or categories with end-to-end responsibility Strong ability to plan, steer, and align communication across multiple projects and stakeholders Solid risk, dependency, and capacity management skills, spotting bottlenecks early and escalating when needed Confidence working with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted sparring partner and proactive problem-solver Strong commercial mindset, including budget ownership, cost control, forecasting, and invoicing Natural leadership style with the right balance of hands-on involvement and delegation, plus the ability to give clear, constructive feedback Calm, solution-oriented presence that brings teams together and helps them perform, even in challenging situations Fluent English (mandatory); German is a plus Zusatzinformationen If youu2019re open to new ways of working, willing to fail fast and learn fast, passionate about creativity and curious about people, we would love to meet you.
