Investment Funds Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Investment Funds Lawyer to join our dedicated impact finance team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to structure and manage various social and environmental impact-oriented investment vehicles.

* Assist clients in their day-to-day transactions, ensuring seamless interactions with national authorities for approvals and favorable opinions.
* Provide legal advice on clients' projects, utilizing your expertise to drive impact.
* Contribute to the development and visibility of our social and environmental impact activity through conferences, working groups, and volunteer projects.
* Join a dynamic and international team in a friendly work environment.
* Work with diversified and reputable clients specializing in impact finance.
* Engage in multiple projects with various impact stakeholders, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
* Attend and/or organize internal and external seminars/conferences/working groups around impact finance.
* Hold a master's degree in law, preferably with a specialization in Business Law.
* Have at least 2 years of experience within the field of Investment Funds, ideally in a law firm in Luxembourg.
* Be fluent in English and French (oral, reading, writing).
* Exhibit strong organizational skills, ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team.
* Display an open-minded and enthusiastic attitude towards missions with social impacts.
