With a rapidly growing portfolio, they are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to oversee the performance and optimisation of their operating assets, ensuring strong financial returns and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities:
* Full responsibility for monitoring and managing the financial and operational performance of the renewable energy portfolio
* Continuous optimisation of asset performance, identifying risks and opportunities to maximise returns
* Oversight of budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the operating assets
* Coordination with asset management, technical, and O&M teams to ensure projects meet contractual and performance obligations
* Management of stakeholder relationships with investors, lenders, and joint venture partners
* Support in refinancing, restructuring, or divestment processes as required
* Preparation of portfolio reviews and presentations for senior management and investment committees
What we are looking for:
* 5 years of experience in portfolio management, asset management, or project finance within the energy or infrastructure sector
* Strong analytical and financial skills with experience in budgeting, reporting, and performance optimisation
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different geographies
* Commercial mindset with a track record of improving asset value and returns
* Fluent German and English are essential
