About the Role:
* We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote our solutions to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience selling technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the data center sector and other industries across Europe.
2. Promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to clients.
3. Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients to ensure our UPS systems meet their operational needs and future growth plans.
4. Monitor competitors and analyze industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies.
5. Submit regular sales reports to management.
Your Profile:
* Experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions are a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs.
* Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
